The Challenge
Saddleback were nearing the end of the build of their new adjoining sites in Yate, Bristol when they approached us looking for a service provider to take over from the building contractor. The customer required a maintenance plan that would see us takeover their Access control, CCTV, Fire and Intruder alarms

Since taking over these sites we have made some recommendations to the client to improve the existing fire and security setup- We have since installed fire and intruder alarm monitoring via our NSI Gold approved receiving centre, we have also added Paxton net2 onto additional doors for staff migration and to help the security of the site as well as intruder and Hikvision camera additions for this ever changing and growing business.
Maintenance
Our client is set up on a maintenance schedule for all fire and security systems.
We contact the client when each system is due a test and we work around them too ensure minimum disruption is caused to their very busy operation.
Full pdf job reports with any recommendations and certificates are transferred to the customer after each maintenance visit.
