The Challenge
With numerous Lorries entering and exiting the site at various times of day the customer had a very specific requirement for a high end CCTV solution that enabled them to monitor employees, whilst also providing a reliable method of securing their assets. In addition to this we have also fitted an intruder alarm system that incorporates full perimeter detection.
The Solution
CCTV
Using a variation of high end network IP solutions provided by Dahua we were able to offer the complete system. With a solid mix of PTZ (pan,tilt,zoom) cameras and static domes we were able to cover the entire site from various angles all at once. We also tied in The Genesis range of Luminite wireless external PIR’s so that whenever a detector is triggered on the site, all cameras would move to pre-determined locations, ensuring that nothing is ever missed.
Iintruder Alarm
Using the Pyronix Hybrid range we were able to install a system that enabled us to cable the majority of the detection, but then fit wireless devices in those hard to reach areas of the site. In turn this saw a massive reduction in labour costs, but also provided the client with maximum coverage.
Omega Aftercare
With so much equipment and such an investment from the customer it made sense to maintain the systems ensuring maximum performance at all times. On busy sites such as these, things are constantly changing so with regular visits we can constantly monitor the systems performance making changes when needed.
